This diamond wire saw is vacuum brazed type and is fixed by rubber. It is designed for fast cutting of concrete and reinforced concrete. 11mm vacuum brazed wire saw beads deliver high performance. The normal type vacuum brazed wire saw beads have only one layer. Different from the normal type, we use two layers type vacuum brazed beads on this concrete wire saw, which lengthens its lifespan.
According to the manufacturing process, the diamond wire saw beads can be divided into 2 types: the vacuum brazed type and the sintered type. These 2 types of diamond wire saw beads have different features and are used for different applications:
