The 400mm diamond saw blade comes in 52 pieces of specially designed "short T" shape diamond segments(20mm length), while the regular segments blade should have 28 pieces of diamond segments(40mm length). That means we use much shorter segments for speeding up the cutting speed. It brings extra sharpness for cutting the granite and can protect the core when cutting. A silent core helps to reduce the cutting noise and makes the granite blade friendly with the operators.
The "T" diamond segment is tapered and has 3 stairs. Sunny Superhard Tools also design this segment with a protective segment area on each side, to protect the blade core during the cutting period. 20mm segment height ensures its long lifespan.
